Si desea devolver o cambiar algún artículo, devuélvanoslo dentro de los 30 días posteriores a su recepción. Solo se aceptarán devoluciones en su embalaje original dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la compra y en condiciones para su reventa.
Por favor, devuelva los artículos en las mismas condiciones en que los recibió: sin usar, sin lavar y con las etiquetas intactas. Si compró un paquete de productos, asegúrese de devolver todos los artículos del paquete juntos (un paquete de productos es cualquier cantidad de productos comprados juntos a un precio inferior al precio individual).
Si ha solicitado un reembolso, le reembolsaremos el importe pagado con su método de pago original. Recibirá el reembolso en un plazo de 10 días a partir de la recepción del artículo, aunque en temporada alta puede tardar más.

Solo podemos cambiar artículos del mismo valor. Si los artículos solicitados son de mayor valor, no se realizará el cambio ni se reembolsará el artículo original.
