Whether they’re crawling, climbing, or zooming through imaginary kingdoms, the super-soft cotton blend moves with them as it's stretchy, comfy and perfect for little knights-in-training for a mythical adventure!

Reembolsos
Si desea devolver o cambiar algún artículo, devuélvanoslo dentro de los 30 días posteriores a su recepción. Solo se aceptarán devoluciones en su embalaje original dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la compra y en condiciones para su reventa.
Por favor, devuelva los artículos en las mismas condiciones en que los recibió: sin usar, sin lavar y con las etiquetas intactas. Si compró un paquete de productos, asegúrese de devolver todos los artículos del paquete juntos (un paquete de productos es cualquier cantidad de productos comprados juntos a un precio inferior al precio individual).
Si ha solicitado un reembolso, le reembolsaremos el importe pagado con su método de pago original. Recibirá el reembolso en un plazo de 10 días a partir de la recepción del artículo, aunque en temporada alta puede tardar más.

Intercambios
Si necesita una talla diferente o desea cambiar un artículo, con gusto lo haremos. Si el artículo solicitado no está disponible, nos pondremos en contacto con usted para gestionar la compra de otro artículo o el reembolso mediante el método de pago original.
Solo podemos cambiar artículos del mismo valor. Si los artículos solicitados son de mayor valor, no se realizará el cambio ni se reembolsará el artículo original.
Artículos defectuosos
Intentamos asegurarnos de que todos nuestros artículos sean revisados antes del envío, sin embargo, en alguna ocasión en la que recibas un artículo con algún defecto, envía un correo electrónico al equipo a hello@bladeandrose.co.uk with Detalles de la falla e imágenes.
Tenga en cuenta: Si la falla ha sido causada por accidente, negligencia, mal uso, desgaste o incumplimiento de las instrucciones de cuidado, no podemos aceptar el artículo como defectuoso.
